When you Start with Imagine Designs, a member of our design team will be allocated as your exclusive kitchen CAD designer. They will work to your requirements as and when you need them and, for each project you have, they will produce all the plans, elevations, renders, service and installation drawings that you require to undertake an efficient and successful project.
We will produce accurate and detailed kitchen plans and elevations for each project. These plans include all the detailed dimensions based on the information you supply to us and the latest information from the kitchen manufacturer catalogues.
Once designed, we output CGI 3D renders (and walkthroughs if required). These will be as photo realistic as possible to give your customers a true perspective of what their final kitchen will look like. We use kitchen industry leading Winner Design software.
Once you have confirmed the final designs and sold the project to your customer, our team are in place to produce a set of service drawings for your client’s builders and your kitchen installers. This includes all the details of electrical loadings for the fitted appliances too. We also create a document detailing the internals for each kitchen cabinet so your client has 100% clarity on what is included in their kitchen design.
The final part of the project will be to produce the installation drawings for your kitchen fitter to use. This includes the exact position number for every single part of the kitchen as detailed in the confirmation order from the kitchen manufacturer.
Additional services now include full kitchen costings from the manufacturers and placing of the agreed orders once you have finalised the design of your customer kitchens.

You find the clients, take the brief, sell them your vision and kitchen concept and we then create all the CAD aspects for you. Kitchen design renders, 3D walk throughs, plans, elevations, annotated drawings, service drawings and installation plans along with fully detailed parts lists. We also create the design plans for worktops and splashbacks and can arrange for quotes for all units direct from manufacturers.
